Full Job Description

Role – Senior Research Analyst

Location – Oxford, UK (Hybrid)

Salary - £40,000-£54,000 depending on experience.


Piper Maddox is engaged with a leading energy market research firm to find a Research Analyst. You’d be joining their flexible energy team conducting research and analysis of battery energy storage market performance which is working to maximize the efficiency of energy storage systems.

Summary of the role:

  • Conducting research and analysis on flexible energy markets.
  • Using research data to help the modelling teams develop forecasts on future UK energy system providence.
  • Presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders, clients, and customers.


Who we are looking for:

  • Research analyst with 1-3 years of experience working within the flexible energy / utilities market.
  • Battery storage market knowledge is essential.
