Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research into clients and consumer markets across the globe
Engage in phone conversations with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria
Coordinate candidate interviews and guide senior stakeholders through the search process
Source potential candidates through networking, research, and headhunting
Stay abreast of developments in the consumer market and identify client opportunities
Manage all associated administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
Ensure ongoing systems management related to the search process
Key Skills:
Strong research and analytical capabilities in a dynamic, results-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in administration with the ability to maintain global diaries and reporting software
High motivation, ambition, and natural people skills
