Level: 3PQE-5PQE

I am recruiting for a highly regarding Central London law firm who are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Central London. My client is a large multi-service law firm, with their property team of 20 people representing HNW clients in residential and commercial property transactions. The role requires the successful candidate to work on prime London real estate transactions. This means that the successful candidate must have experience working on Freehold and Leasehold property sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior and mid-level Solicitors looking for a role that offers development and the ability to work alongside some of the best Solicitors in the profession. The firm offer a competitive salary and package, with a fun and youthful office.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ years post qualified experience.
• Experience managing a caseload of residential files.
• A degree from a top UK University.
• Quality experience as a Paralegal prior to qualifying would be beneficial.
