Exciting Opportunity for Residential Property Licensed conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive in Worcester - Leading Legal 100 Firm - 5+ Years PQE - Hybrid Role

I'm thrilled to offer an exclusive outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE to join an esteemed Residential Property team in Worcester.

My Client is seeking an individual with a strong background in Residential Property matters, eager to thrive in this dynamic and ever-expanding field.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload, encompassing sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds).
• Handle lease extensions and auction transactions proficiently.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
• Ensure adherence to all internal and external audits, sharing insights and best practices with team members.
• Adhere meticulously to the firm's policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable expertise in residential conveyancing, including proficiency in handling complex aspects of the process.
• Sound knowledge of referral arrangements coupled with a keen awareness of compliance issues.
• Proven business development acumen.
• Proficiency in IT, coupled with an inclination to drive and embrace system development for enhanced efficiency.
• Track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients and industry professionals.
