We’re looking for a Responsible Production Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract to report into Head of Operations and work across Sky Studios responsible production initiatives; including safeguarding, sustainability, skills development and training. You will focus on project coordination, delivery, data and business analysis to support Sky Studios productions and ambitions.

What you’ll do:

  • Track data and report on responsible production initiatives, including skills development and D&I.

  • Analyse all responsible production data and learnings to provide business insights.

  • Coordinate sustainability consultants and suppliers for productions, collating carbon footprint information, analysing for business reporting and planning purposes.

  • Support Head of Operations and Production Management across Safeguarding initiatives enhancement on productions including organising training, collating documents and reports.

  • Track all Sky Studios mandatory and recommended training completion, collating all required business reports.

  • Project manage across the industry skills passport pilot process with a view to transition to BAU, from building training modules, testing to implementation.

  • Collate regular exec updates, reports and dashboards for Sky Studios responsible production initiatives and learnings.

  • Align with business areas across all relevant controls and compliance including data protection, cyber security and corporate compliance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Project management or business analyst experience is essential.

  • Ability to manage and review data, strong numeracy skills with an ability to undertake a reasonable level of data analysis is critical.

  • Highly organised and with an excellent eye for detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to give clear feedback in a business and creative context and convey complex information in simple terms.

  • Understanding of production process preferable.

  • Knowledge and experience of sustainable practice (production or otherwise) and understanding of carbon emission data desirable.
