What you'll do:

• Customer-Centric Focus: ensuring impeccable delivery of services and prioritising customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: assist in the management of costs, procedures, equipment and maintenance.
• Sales Promotion: actively promote functions, events and other offerings.
• Staff Training and Development: provide training and support to all staff to optimise performance.
• Licensing Compliance: being conversant with licensing legislation and assisting in the implementation of policies.
• Administration: ensure timely and accurate completion of staff-related administration, including time-sheets and change of details forms.

• Relevant experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of current licensing legislation and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
