Restructuring & Insolvency Partner

We are working closely with a City law firm, acknowledged as one of the best law firms in the country. We are instructed to assist with the firm's expansion plans and bring in an ambitious Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer.

The Role

Our client is recognised as a leader in the field of Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Civil Investigations, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency, providing advice to multi-national corporations and high-profile individuals

The firm is expanding its offering by developing the Restructuring & Insolvency sector and are looking for a driven and self-motivated to help drive this forward.

The firm has established relationships and a client base, and more recently been instructed a number of insolvency disputes. Ideally, the practice is looking for an experienced lawyer to support the firm's current clients but also drive this area forward through their own personal relationships / network.

The Candidate

The practice is looking for a Head of Department / Partner to:

• Collaborate with other partners and fee earners in the wider firm
• Promote and generate work for the R&I team
• Contribute to the overall firm strategy of growth
