We produce all interior surface components using a mixture of veneer, carbon and lacquered finishes. Throughout the process we combine craftmanship with technology to exacting standards. It is our attention to detail that produces world class interiors.

By providing our Interns with their own areas of responsibility from the outset, they quickly become acclimatised to the production environment and develop skills that will last a lifetime.

Primarily, your role is being an essential part of the leadership team that ensures production runs smoothly and efficiently.

That’s why our experts treat you as part of the team from day one, encour­age you to bring your own ideas to the table – and give you the opportunity to re­ally show what you can do.

What will you be doing?

  • Analysis and optimisation of existing production processes and the flow of material between departments.
  • Supporting the ordering process of production consumables.
  • Support and implementation of quality improvements.
  • Improve the efficiency and capability of production machinery.
  • Analysing and optimising component Kanban levels and implementing improvements.
  • Supporting the implementation of VPS (Value-added Production System) principles throughout the production process.
  • Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering or Industrial Management related course. 
  • Any knowledge in Wood Technology or similar would be an advantage, however not a requirement.
  • Ideally you will have completed any of the following: 3D design / product design / Wood tech / resistant materials B.Tech or A level course at 6th Form or technical college.
  • You need to be able to work independently within our team and have the ability to organise yourself as well as be able to work in the team environment.
  • You will be required to work from your own initiative taking projects and tasks from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
