Supporting the Logistics
Team with their role to develop and steer the supply chain, material
flow, logistics structure, packaging, inbound and outbound transport
and vehicle distribution for New Product integration, supporting
pre-series production, series running changes and Bespoke
manufacturing.
The programme will give an insight into
logistics and structure planning, manufacturing, engineering and
project planning techniques in a low volume, highly bespoke
super-luxury automotive environment.
You will be working
within the global Logistics functions:
Material Control,
Inventory Control, Production Control, Vehicle Distribution, Physical
Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inbound and Outbound Transport,
Layout and Structure Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Material Flow
Planning, Line Side Planning, Packaging Planning, Transport Planning
and VPS optimisation

- Relevant degree having achieved at least a 2.2
- General IT Skills (Desktop, MS Office),
Business Process IT Skills
- Excellent
communications and social skills. Able to convince and persuade
others, at all levels of the organization,
- Negotiation and coaching skills both at higher and lower levels.
- Excellent capability to manage conflicts and to solve problems.
- High level
of creative and strategic thinking.
- Fluent
English, working knowledge of German extremely beneficial.

salary of £32, 500 per annum which increases to £34,000 in your second
year (subject to satisfactory performance).
