Full Job Description

Looking to recruit a experienced Roofer to undertake Maintenance works for a leading Property services company based in Croydon

You will work to deliver the highest quality service to carry out a variety of building services tasks such as, Applying tile, slate or composition materials to roofs, Clearing out gutters and drains, Scraping or pulling off old roofing material.

Offering up to 40,000 + van and fuel card, overtime and great benefits

Requirements:

• Must have a full UK driving license for at least 12 months
• Level 2 Trade related qualification nvq/ c&g
• Experience in a similar role ideally social housing
