THE ROLE

OVERVIEW

Attention to detailis at the heart of everything we do, from product choiceand menu development to creatingthe perfect environment throughout the day, every day.

At F1Arcade, our front-of-houseteam provides the best of the best service within hospitality to our guests,from the first approach to their goodbye.

They have a comprehensive andextended knowledge of the menu and the capability to serve in a timely andefficient manner to the needs of our guests.

Our runners deliver refreshinglypoured drinks and cocktails or delicious hot food products to Guests, exhibitingexceptional energy and a sense of urgency in meeting the needs of our Guests andassisting our waiters in delivering outstanding service.

Runners are important teamplayers in making our guests experience the best of the best service withinhospitality by engaging and working with all teams to ensure our guests aregenerally present in giving our Guest’s visits to F1Arcade a most memorable one.

 

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the face of F1Arcade – Welcome the Guests with a strong sense of positivity.
  • Providing initial,first-class service.
  • Help each other /think about your team – where a colleague may be busy, keep the guest feelingacknowledged.
  • Ensure kitchen pass, bar pass, and fridges are all fully stocked
  • To serve food anddrink, consistently achieving the established agreed service standards.
  • To record allsales accurately, including charges for packages, be responsible for paymentsreceived from guests
  • Ensure that ahigh standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following allcleaning practices.
  • Be aware of yourresponsibilities regarding Health and Safety at Work and follow all measuresaccordingly.
  • Ensure youattend every shift scheduled for, on time, and presentable andsign in with your Line Manager.
  • To have a goodknowledge and understanding of all food and drink menus and an in-depthknowledge of those for your department to ensure the best service for theguest.
  • To communicatewith the Duty/Floor Manager regarding any problems or concerns with bookings/enquiries / pre-orders and sims issues
  • Attend trainingsessions and team meetings as required and be involved in and contribute tothese.

SKILLS ANDBACKGROUND

Preferred  previous job experience in hospitality,ideally as a front-of-house staff.

Fast learner-curious, proud , and confident in  dealingwith your team and guests

You must have agood understanding of working safely. Basic knowledge of food and fire safety

Excellent communicationand problem-solving skills.
