Sales Executive – Kia

Thisis a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and representone of our fantastic manufacturer partners.

Weare looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate inproviding world class customer service. This role comes with a basic salary ofup to £25,000 with a very easily achievable OTE of over £45,000.

Wewill make sure there is a company car available for you from the moment youjoin our team.


Webelieve our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, anaverage of 41.5 hours per week with every other weekend off.




                                         Whatwe offer:

-          A basic salary that ranges from £19,000 to £25,000 dependingon performance with a realistic OTE of over £45,000.

-          Working hours that are 5 days per week on a rotabasis that covers between 8.00am – 6.30pm with every other weekend off.

About You

Weare looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and beenable to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As aSales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlinesand been able to maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.

Asa Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customerappointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging,target driven environment.

Fulltraining will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving youopportunity to attend Ford Accreditation Training Courses and continuous internalTraining and Support.

Working Hours(41.5hrs)

Youwill work 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week. Every otherweekend off.

Ifyou have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close EasterSunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
