A bit about the role

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you’ll play an important role in bringing our mission to life.

We’re looking for someone who not only possesses deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules but also shares our passion for making a real difference in the businesses we serve.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives, leveraging your expertise to implement tailored solutions that drive tangible results.

Your ability to combine technical prowess with a genuine desire to make a positive impact will be instrumental in delivering solutions that resonate long after the project is complete.

What we want from you

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will possess the following professional attributes:

• Demonstrable experience in the design, implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applications
• Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors application (EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals)
• Excellent configuration and support knowledge of HR master data, structure, portlets and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’re great at making concepts simple and easy to understand
• Experience in contributing to pre-sales activities

Your day-to-day

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration and customisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing and deployment
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• Assisting in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team
