Full Job Description

I am currently working with an SEMH primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon who are actively seeking a passionate, and engaging SEMH Teaching Assistant, who is looking to change the lives of the younger generation!

The school is looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant who is able to:

• Create a positive, safe and nurturing environment for all students
• Challenge the students to achieve their very best and help them to overcome barriers to learning
• Help to give the students the skills necessary to begin their journey towards becoming successful adults

The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will: 

• Have an absolute passion for supporting children's education and in helping them believe that they can accomplish anything! 
• Any and all experience with children with SEMH needs is preferred, but this experience does not have to be in a classroom.
• We are also looking for someone with the ability to build & maintain meaningful relationships, and most importantly, someone who is not afraid of a challenge!
• Good behaviour management skills and a resilient nature
• Be confident with de-escalation techniques

SEMH Teaching Assistant 

Parking available on site and easily accessible by public transport

Pay - £90 - £100 per day PAYE
