Salary Scale: £95-£105 per day

About the
Role:
GSL Education invites applications for the position of SEMH
Teaching Assistant in Dinnington. This role focuses on supporting
students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiding their
academic and personal development within the school setting.
SEMH Teaching Assistant Role:
- Provide targeted support to students with SEMH challenges.
- Implement strategies to promote positive behaviours and social skills.
- Assist in adapting lessons to meet the needs of SEMH students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to support student progress.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs.
- Possess strong empathy and resilience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Show commitment to personal and professional development.
