1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)

A fantastic, creative and friendly Primary School in the London Borough of Redbridge is looking to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN). The 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN) role is a full time and long-term role, for an ASAP start.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will be working with Primary School children, with a range of SEN needs. As an Unqualified 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will be supporting children who have been diagnosed with Autism / ASD, ADHD, children with SEMH and children with behavioural difficulties.

• 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)
• Supporting children with a range of SEN across year groups
• Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties
• Based in Redbridge
• ASAP Start
• Full Time & Long Term
• 95 - 105 per day

Person Specification - 1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN)

• Must have a good degree from a reputable University
• Good understanding of SEN is required
• Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
• Passionate about supporting children with SEN
• You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Calm and compassionate nature
