Job Description:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, enabling them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
- Promoting inclusion and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, either in a school setting or a similar environment.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature, with a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of all students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs support (desirable but not essential).
