Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
We are currently seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays until the end of the academic year. This role is based in Egham, Surrey.

Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays (full school days)
Start Date: Immediate start
Duration: Until the end of the academic yearResponsibilities:

Providing dedicated support to a learner with epilepsy within an educational setting.
Assisting with educational activities and personal care as needed.
Collaborating with teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support differentiated learning.
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the student.Requirements:

Experience working with SEND learners, preferably including experience with epilepsy.
Previous experience within an educational setting is essential.
Compassion, patience, and empathy towards students with diverse needs.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support would be advantageous.If you have a passion for supporting students with SEND and possess the necessary experience, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
