Full Job Description
Long term Teaching Assistant (TA) position to start in April 2024, initially for the summer term until July 2024, supporting primary age children 5-11 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The pupils will be starting new in this school provision, they will need a lot of support, guidance, and encouragement. The position will involve lots of learning through play.
Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, you will be fully committed and be able to fully support the children individually to help them overcome their challenges and engage in learning, helping pupils to break down barriers to learning, and achieve a positive outcome.
We are looking for someone who has lots of empathy, a positive and energetic attitude, and an interactive and engaging approach.
