Full Job Description
IntaPeople have partnered up with a leading technology company, who provide exceptional IT support to the educational sector throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a SIMS Technical Support Officer on a permanent basis on a hybrid model, based out of Doncaster.
What you will be doing
- Providing Support on SIMS for multiple clients via telephone and email
- Delivering superior training to clients and colleagues on SIMS software
- Maintaining client infrastructure, including the SIMS and SQL environments, from both an on-prem and cloud perspective
- Liaising with 3rd parties for issues that require a more complex resolution.
The experience you'll bring to the team
- Experience within an educational environment
- Previous knowledge of SIMS or similar
- End-user experience of school management software is advantageous
