Full Job Description

  • Monitor and preparation of daily receipts/cash collection on timely manner
  • Prepare and process external legal counsel payments in relation to the daily receipts/cash collection and make wire transfers via banking platform
  • Monitor Client Accounts transactions, ensure compliance
  • Review and data entry vendor invoices
  • Review and data entry office rechargeable disbursements including external counsel invoices
  • Process payments for supplier invoices, staff reimbursements and external counsels
  • Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with general enquiries from staff and external vendors
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Perform ad hoc project in relation to accounts payables and accounts receivable for the Finance Team
  • Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Accountancy or any relevant qualification
  • Preferably one year of relevant experience.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
