Full Job Description

  • Supervise day to day operation of the Accounts payable function of Singapore office.  This includes:
    • Ensure internal control and compliance
    • Review Accounts Payable team's invoice and payment processing
    • Preparing monthly bank reconciliation
    • Maintain cash flow for working capital needs
    • Ensure timely submission of tax and regulatory matter
  • Process posting office rechargeable disbursements and office payments
  • Monitor Client Accounts transactions, ensure compliance
  • Assist with general enquiries from staff and external vendors
  • Produce monthly reports and reconcile related party transactions
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Review fixed assets and other balance sheet schedules
  • Prepare yearly statistic reporting
  • Existing right to live and work in Singapore (we will not be able to sponsor an Employment Pass for this role)
  • At least Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant qualification
  • At least three to four years of relevant experience.

The team provides robust financial information internally and externally to enable decision making, effective operations and to help the firm meet its clients' needs and statutory requirements.
