Role Title: SOC Manager

Location: UK- London

La Fosse Associates are working with a Financial Services business who are looking to add a SOC Manager to their strong internal security function.

You will report directly into the Head of Security and be a key element of their leadership team.

You will be joining to manage multiple individuals and offer both managerial and technical expertise to the business. You will work alongside their MSSP to ensure relations stay strong there as well as working with the internal team on further development projects.

You should have an in-depth technical background and be prepared to call upon it if required. In addition you will work within a cloud-led environment in a tech first business so experience working within AWS/ Azure/ GCP is highly desired in this position.

Team leadership experience is essential for this role.

In this role you will:

• Manage a Security Operations team and have multiple direct reports
• Work directly with the 3rd parties and manage those vendor relationships
• Provide in depth technical expertise to the team and the business.
