• Take inbound contacts from customers wanting to discuss their restriction or remove their Self Exclusion

• Undertake thorough and accurate risk assessment when customers trigger on internal controls and offer appropriate support to the customer

• Act as a subject matter expert in the field of safer gambling

• Proactively identify unusual and potential fraudulent behaviours and undertake the appropriate escalations

• Strong desire to support customers and their behaviours, which may involve vulnerable customers

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail

• A confident and clear telephone manner with the ability to discuss sensitive topics and agree corrective actions with customers

• The ability to digest information and present findings in a clear and concise way

• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload

• A strong desire to support customers in their behaviours and will to do the right thing

Salary: £26,000

Shifts will fall between 7am and 9pm, working 5 out of 7 days. Including weekends (2.5 weekends out of 4). This also includes working at peak events and some bank holidays.

Please note - candidates will need to be located within commutable distance to the office as the initial training (approx 5 weeks) will include office based learning at our Leeds office.

Start date: Induction - 3rd June 2024
