We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Sales
Department in the London office, focussing on our client base from
Switzerland.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Servicing a portfolio of clients from Switzerland in the CFD market place by providing general market information to clients
- Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client
- Be aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally
- Training new clients on companies platforms and trading tools
- Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required
- Take ownership of your clients’ problems and liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
- Achieving monthly targets
- Contacting clients to provide general market updates
- Utilising retention strategies to maximise client satisfaction
- Ensuring timely follow up of all contacts
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation
Key Requirements:
- Fluent French and/or German Speaker, with Italian language skills advantageous
- Previous sales experience within the financial market
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)
