SAGE Sales Administrator

A position has become available for a full-time multi-faceted Export Sales Administrator for a busy industrial equipment manufacturer.

The role could encompass elements of logistics and shipping, purchasing, spares administration, accounts, service and reception duties as required.

The role will involve communicating directly with customers, suppliers, internal departments, and regional service engineers.

Duties:

  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Engineering knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial.
  • Arranging Transport
  • Raising Despatch Notes and Sales Invoices
  • Shipping experience
  • Logistics experience
  • Knowledge of accounts processes
  • Effective communicator
  • Quoting repairs to customers
  • Quoting spares to customers
  • Progressing customer spares and repairs orders to sales
  • Liaising with suppliers and placing orders
  • Arranging couriers using an online portal
  • Updating internal stock systems
  • Processing customer returns
  • Handling customer returns
