Job Description:

• We are looking for a Sales Agronomist who embodies positivity, outgoingness, an upbeat demeanor, and natural leadership qualities.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to quickly connect with others and establish enduring working relationships while developing annual farmer and customer programs.
• Responsibilities include conducting soil testing, field mapping, and providing timely and accurate product recommendations.
• The Sales Agronomist will also compile a list of prospective customers for sales leads and execute personalized customer sales strategies, while building and maintaining long-lasting relationships to enhance processes and increase sales
• Compliance with the  safety policies is of utmost importance, as we prioritize maintaining a safety-minded work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, along with an Associate's Degree in Agriculture or a minimum of two years of experience in Agricultural Sales.
• Valid Driver's License. Possession of a Class A CDL with endorsements is a valuable asset.
• Basic office skills
