OTE (phone number removed) (Base Salary 22,308- commission paid on all sales and is uncapped)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a leading luxury goods retailer with a diverse client base including high net worth individuals. This Sales Consultant position would involve making sales in store and via telephone for high value luxury goods, up to tens of thousands in value! This position is on site in Leamington Spa.

The Sales Consultant Role:

• Selling high value goods to high net worth clients in store and over the phone
• Work independently whilst supporting colleagues to achieve team targets (incentives)
• Develop long term relationships with clients with a consultative sales approach
• Assisting with events and exhibitions

The Ideal Candidate:

• Track record of achieving sales targets in a 1-2-1 sales environment is essential
• Highly motivated to achieve and make sales
• Confident, highly presentable with ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone
• A driving license is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients)
