Salary:  Negotiable, £40k-£45k+

Role Overview:
We seek a SALES / ESTIMATING ENGINEER with CNC Machining proficiency for a full-time, permanent role. Your responsibilities will include crafting technical estimates, liaising with customers and suppliers, and contributing to a growing sales team. This position is ideal for experienced estimators or CNC machinists seeking a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to Customer RFQs and engineering drawings.
• Generate accurate estimates and quotations within deadlines.
• Liaise with customers to provide client-centric service.
• Analyse machining methods and cycle times.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project feasibility.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor relationships.

Experience Required:

• Extensive precision engineering experience.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Initiative, teamwork, and time management abilities.

Package and Benefits:

• Salary starts from £35k, with potential increase based on skills and experience.
• Full-time hours, Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 2.30pm.
