We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our clients Sales team based in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in processing orders, providing pre- and post-sales support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of sales orders through the automated system.
  • Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre- and post-sales support via phone and email.
  • Organise deliveries from the extensive network of suppliers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement sales techniques to improve team performance.
  • Assist in setting and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
