- Sales Location: North England, Scotland & Ireland
- Industry: Industrial Air Quality - Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Salary Package: 60,000 + Company Vehicle + Commission (up to 35% of salary)
We are seeking a Sales Leader to join our fantastic clients Industrial Air Quality Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and aftermarket goals in the North of England, Scotland & Ireland, focusing on company products for dust and fume filtration. This role offers flexible working arrangements and requires a degree of UK & Ireland travel.
Day to Day of the role:
- Execute annual sales and marketing goals for the Industrial Air Quality business unit within the assigned region.
- Develop new customer relationships through meetings, presentations, and seminars.
- Exceed regional bookings and sales goals through strategic planning and direction.
- Provide a rolling Bookings Forecast and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline within SalesForce.
- Encourage the sale of standard products while managing custom product enquiries.
- Oversee individual sales performance of agents, resellers, OEMs, and end-users to surpass quotas.
- Engage in technical and commercial discussions with customers and focus on strategic key markets for new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (Desirable).
- Proven sales or commercial business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or industrial distribution.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing new markets.
- Experience in sales of industrial products with varying cycle times.
- Track record of acquiring and maintaining direct sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Full driving licence and valid passport (Essential).
