Responsibilities:

· Qualifying new applicants/clients

· Carry out viewings with prospective buyers and manage clients across all price ranges

· Build sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities

· Providing a first-class service to all stake holders

· Client management

· Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone

· Managing the sales process 

· keep up to date with trends in the relevant property market
