SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Bournemouth, BH1

Salary: OTE £ 40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an amazing opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a leading, local Estate and Letting Agents with offices in the Bournemouth area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.

The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed.

In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill and ability.

The perfect candidate will currently be in r esidential p roperty s ales and/or lettings in the local area and be looking to take the next step in their career.

Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential lettings and / or sales experience essential
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Bournemouth area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
• A desire to succeed!
