Full Job Description

Fresh Sales Manager opportunity for you all Foodservice professionals! This role is specific to the Raw Poultry Protein market. If you have an established career in the Meat industry this may be yours for the taking!


This business has built up a reputation as the food expert! Since the early days of the company, they’ve focused on quality and customer relationships. Their team of Country Managers, Technical and NPD experts regularly visit production sites to ensure standards are maintained, building trust and peace of mind for customers.


This is a brand-new role to develop this business's Raw Protein category across the UK market. It’s a priority for them in 2024 to grow in Foodservice selling to Meat/Poultry specific Wholesalers and Major End Users. With an existing base of customers nationally, they are seeking someone comfortable in both hunting for new business whilst growing current accounts to drive sales and territory forward.


Key responsibilities include –

  • Develop sales with new and existing customers – Food Wholesalers, Cash & Carry, Food Manufacturers.
  • Develop a new supplier base in UK.
  • Cross Functional work with Technical, NPD and Sales.
  • Increase and grow business turnover.


Key requirements –

  • +5 years of experience in the Meat industry.
  • Strong network of Foodservice Wholesale contacts and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technical/NPD end-to-end processes.
