Sales Manager - Timber Frame
Basic to 65,000 ote 72,000 + Car or Car Allowance

Suitable home locations could include: Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Warwick or surrounding areas.

The Company

You will be joining a major timber frame manufacturer who supply kits in bulk to developers, regional house builders and the National House Builders who do not have their own manufacturing facilities. They are very well established and have invested in new manufacturing equipment.

The role

You will be selling close panel timber frame solutions across the West and East Midlands but with the opportunity to look at a slightly bigger region if you have the relevant contacts outside of the Midlands. You will target DEvelopers, Regional House Builders, National House Builders, Specifiers and Housing Associations / Councils and Local Authorities.

About You

You will need to demonstrate a track record selling timber frame kits in bulk to the House Building sector and live within the greater Midlands region.
