Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator – Remote Working  

 

We have an exciting opportunity available to join First2Protect as a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator. First2Protect are a PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner business.

 

First2Protect is an insurance broker based in Exeter (albeit this role can be carried out remotely). We have over 80 employees and 70,000 policy holders insured through us. We pride ourselves on delivering first class service and hold a 4.7 Trust Pilot rating, as well as providing a 5 start Defaqto rated product.

 

First2Protect provide property insurance solutions for a whole host of different clients along their property journey. This includes tenants, first time buyers right through to owners of large property portfolios.

 

The Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting the distribution division of First2Protect. This will be a varied role with lots of room for progression and learning, in a vibrant fast-moving environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Support the sales & marketing functions, in creating and maintain process.

Work closely with other departments to create a “oneteam” ethos in the business.

Manage contracts, support meetings and create follow ups that are needed.

Work with our marketing outsource team to deliver campaigns and output.

Support Strategic Partnerships Director meetings with minutes, notes and follow ups.

Where needed support Head Of Business Development with new account meetings.

Where needed support the business development function, at industry events

Where needed support small campaigns and follow ups with accounts

Work with the outsourced marketing team, to manage and deliver content, PR and campaigns.

Work with other in the business to feed into what campaigns we should be running.

Work with other departments to help support and create process.

Deal with any initial complaints or issues arising from our brokers.

Be the voice of business development in internal projects.

 

Skills & experience needed

 

Strong commercial acumen

Self-motivated and pro-active

Displays strategic thinking

Ability to improve or implement processes

Previous sales and marketing operations background.

Background in Insurance, Financial Services, Estate Agency or Mortgage distribution is advantageous but not essential

Proven track record in account management and / or sales

Demonstrate ability to deliver presentations (remote & face to face)

Min 3 year experience in a similar role preferred, although not essential

 

 

Full-time – Remote working

 

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
