Location: Bournemouth, BH1

Salary: OTE: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We have an opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with previous experience to further develop their career in Estate Agency with an exceptionally busy local independent firm with offices in the Bournemouth area.

Working in a busy sales environment, the role of a Sales Negotiator is exciting and varied, requiring you to be enthusiastic and professional at all times .

It will involve booking and conducting viewings, keeping in regular contact with potential buyers, constantly looking for sales opportunities and promoting the company to the best of your ability!

You are at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to develop a career in Estate Agency.

Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Experience in residential estate agency sales
• High level of customer service
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Well-presented and well-spoken
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Bournemouth and surrounding areas helpful
• Full UK Driving license
