Job Description: As a Sales Negotiator, you will embark on an exciting journey to become a vital part of our dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning the Ropes: We'll provide comprehensive training to help you understand the ins and outs of the sales process, including legal regulations, market trends, and customer service best practices.

• Client Interaction: You'll engage with prospective Vendors and buyers, guiding them through the property process, arranging viewings, and assisting with their inquiries.

• Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with the Eastbourne property market, including property prices, property types, and neighbourhood knowledge.

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with paperwork, contracts, and other administrative duties related to property sales.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced negotiators and support staff to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• No prior experience required - we welcome candidates from all backgrounds!
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

• £22,000 - £23,000 OTE

Hours
