SALES NEGOTIATOR or SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Folkstone, CT19

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency based at their Folkstone, Kent office.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional and have the drive and passion to help grow a business.

You must have exceptional customer service skills, charisma, energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships.  

Skills: The skills required for this Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience
• Excellent sales ability
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Folkstone, Kent and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
