Job Title: Sales Office Assistant

Location: close to Newport, Essex

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 DOE

Hours:  Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm - 1hr Lunch

Contract Type: Full Time, permanent

Sector: Customer Service and Office Support

Our client based in Essex is looking for a Sales Office Assistant to join their team and provide an outstanding service to their customers.

As a Sales Office Assistant your duties will include:

  • Sales administration, including order processing & data input
  • Updating customers with expected delivery dates
  • Dealing with customers via telephone and email as well as face to face

An ideal candidate for the Sales Office Assistant role will have:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with customers both face to face and via telephone/email
  • Office experience in a building Industry would be beneficial but not necessary as training can be given
  • Team player mentality.
