Sales Operations Executive

A bit different to what I’m usually looking for but I’m currently on the hunt for a Sales Operations Executive to work a 3-month contract for an IT MSP client of mine in Manchester.

Must be available immediately and have experience in;

• Handling queries from customers – promptly addressing and resolving customers queries
• Inbox management – Efficiently sorting through messages, prioritizing them based on urgency and importance
• Assisting with quotes - Collaborating with the sales staff to generate quotes involves understanding the customer's requirements
• Proposals - Crafting persuasive proposals requires a blend of market insight, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Presentations - Whether for client meetings, sales pitches, or internal discussions, effective presentations are essential for conveying information and driving engagement.
• Salesforce – Use of Salesforce to navigate the platform efficiently, update records, track sales metrics, and generate reports.
