Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency based at their Cheltenham office.

This is a chance to join a thriving, expanding company with a dynamic modern approach, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional and have the drive and passion to help grow a business.

You must have exceptional customer service skills, charisma, energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships.

Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential sales / Estate Agency experience essential
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
