Full Job Description
A London-based fully managed IT Support provider combined with a completely managed Web Agency is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant in IT Support / IT Managed Services with a breadth of knowledge in sales in the IT tech sphere.
What’s in it for you -
Salary: £160,000 - £110,000 OTE (on target earnings)
{uncapped higher earning proven / obtainable} – with an up to £50,000
per annum Commitment Basic Provided.
40 days paid holiday
annually - (28 days + bank holidays + extended festive period
shutdown)
Unused annual leave will rollover to the
following year
Become part of the organization’s
partnership scheme as a full partner receiving a share of the
organizations profits in addition to commissions and basic salary.
Lifetime Commission - We offer a guaranteed lifetime
commission on all client deals you bring to the table.
Gross/Total Sales Commission - You’ll benefit from 10% open
and 10% closing commission on any clients that you source who turn
into customers, as well as commission on any recurring services such
as hosting, maintenance, support, etc. If the customer continues to
grow thanks to your efforts, your commission will continue to grow
too.
Remote/Hybrid
Mandatory Skills / Requirements – Min 3 years’ experience in:
Minimum
3 years’ experience in Sales for Managed Services contracts for IT
Infrastructure.
Applicant should possess experience and
knowledge of:
Computers, networking technology and cloud
computing systems and infrastructure.
Managed Services
tools (ITSM / ITAM, UEM).
Incident Support Escalation
procedures.
Cyber security tools and services.
IT Support Outsourcing model.
Proven ability to
precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
Strong interpersonal skills: can quickly build rapport and
deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level
audience.
Solid understanding of business concepts dynamics
for large national and international corporations.
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction
towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
Duties include but
are not limited to.
Identify
and approach managed services potential customers.
Experience in structuring out the budget for IT
outsourcing.
Work with our solutions team to define and
enhance our existing Managed Services offerings to maintain relevance
and competitiveness to capture additional market share.
Understand and analyse client’s business processes to
advise on how they can improve business efficiency and cut costs to
allow them to focus on their core business.
Act as the SPOC
(single point of contact) for your clients for future business and
relationship management.
Negotiate and manage complex
sales-cycles and present proposals to C-level executives in corporate
and global customers.
Customer management leadership
skills.
The company has a BYOD
(bring your own device) policy.
As a standard,
they require all new employees to have a minimum of:
- Windows 11
- RAM 12GB minimum
- SSD 256GB minimum
- Generation depending on processor family:
- i9 - 8th gen
- i7 - 8th gen
- i5 - 8th gen
- i3 - 10th gen
