Sales Support Specialist

Full Job Description

I am currently working with a consultancy based in Chelmsford, who are seeking a new Sales Support Specialist to join the team.

You must be fluent German & English for this position.

Salary - 25,000-26,000

Location - Chelmsford, office based

Responsibilities:

• Inbound PPC Leads Oversight: Taking charge of inbound leads, particularly from Germany.
• Chase and follow these up as needed
• CRM Utilization: Hub Spot CRM, using it as a powerful tool to streamline and enhance the sales process.
• Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Craft compelling presentations, quotations, and proposal documents
• Sales Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to the growth and success of the sales team.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and provide support for team and national meetings, fostering collaboration and unity.
• Marketing Collaboration: Engaging in various marketing activities, including social media, blogs, website updates, LinkedIn posts, leaflets, videos, and e-blasts, amplifying our brand presence.
• Relationship Building
• Sales Administration: Handle general sales administration tasks as required, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

About you:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in German is required.

Nice-to-Have but not a requirement:

• Previous experience in sales support or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Hub Spot.
