Valuations Manager (Estate Agency Sales)
Camberley 
Basic £25K OTE £60K++

Our client, a highly successful Estate  Agency, are looking to recruit a Valuations Manager to join their team in their Camberley.
 
You will not be "suited and booted" but comfortable achieving success in smart casual wear and a branded gilet. You will run your own diary and have lots of freedom to just get on and get the job done without KPI pressure - which is why you need a mature attitude to you work. Your commissions will be generous and you will be well-rewarded for taking on new instructions and selling them. 
 
The ideal candidate must have solid and "mature"  background and experience in residential sales with excellent achievements in both selling property and generating new business. In particular, our client is looking for a candidate who has instruction winning and listing skills.
 
The perfect candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual, who has a strong desire to succeed, a strong background in Residential Estate Agency and a winning mindset. 

There is lots of possibilities with this role and where it will take you - it could be that you take an area and build a team, or become a Self Employed Associate with the company with a team - lots of possibilities. 

The skills required for this Valuations Manager role will include:
 
• Residential sales experience essential
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to generate new business & listing experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Full UK driving license
