Location: Ilford Area

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Drive towards ambitious sales targets.
  • Enhance and consolidate client relationships.
  • Develop and strengthen prospective client database.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound leads and inquiries efficiently, converting them into sales and orders.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationship to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively generate and pursue potential business leads, securing appointments with key decision makers.
  • Perform gap analysis to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing client accounts.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients using diverse resources such as trade press, local media, websites, and internal databases.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients to encourage increased customer spending.
  • Maintain accurate records and input data into CRM systems, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and generating precise pipeline and sales reports.
  • Exhibit a positive and confident demeanor, showcasing excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts efficiently.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to client issues.


Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Positive and fearless attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT/Technology sales.
  • Proficient in telephone communication.
  • Strong aptitude in IT.
  • Preferably with experience in the Events Industry, although not essential.
