£23,500 P/A

So, what will the job entail?
In this hands on role you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Senior Samples Technician, and the Customer Services Team to get high-quality product samples to a range of customers. We refer to the job title internally as a Samples Technician.

This involves selecting product samples, ensuring they’re correctly labeled, and ready to be sent to customers correctly, and processing via our courier FedEx system. We use a system called SAP, and if you haven't used it before we'll be happy to fully train you. You won’t be sat down all day and you’ll have plenty of time to stretch your legs. Lifting and carrying materials will form a part of your daily routine. You may also be required to clean or repaint some tiles, ensuring the products are of high quality and fit for purpose.

So, what skills will make this the right job for you?

• Computer literate and comfortable with a range of computer software
• Comfortable with lifting and carrying materials
• Any experience with stock management/order processing would stand you in good stead but it’s not essential
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written, via email phone and in person
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Naturally self-motivated and team-orientated
