Job Title: School Catering Assistant

Contract Type: Temporary, Hourly Paid (5 hours per day)
Hourly Rate: 11.44 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Are you passionate about providing nutritious meals to students in a dynamic educational environment? We are seeking a dedicated School Catering Assistant to join our client at a secondary school in South Essex.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following school guidelines and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Support the Catering Manager in daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Previous catering or kitchen experience is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• All candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid DBS certificate.
