We are seeking a passionate and innovative Secondary School Science Teacher to join our dedicated Science Department. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about teaching Biology, Chemistry, or Physics and is eager to engage students with a curriculum that is both challenging and exciting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the scientific minds of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, coherent, and motivational lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Develop and enhance the educational material and curriculum in collaboration with other science department members.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide targeted feedback to promote student success.
• Participate in department meetings, school training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Foster a positive learning environment and uphold the school's values and discipline standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Possesses a strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has experience with or a willingness to engage in extracurricular activities such as science clubs or STEM events.
• Shows a commitment to personal growth and professional development.
