Are you an experienced Scrub Nurse looking for a new challenge? Our client, a pioneer in specialist eye care, is on the hunt for a passionate individual to join their amazing and encouraging team in their Eye Hospital in Hounslow. This role offers a generous salary of up to 42,000 dependent on experience, 37.5 hours (Tuesday to Friday). As a Scrub Nurse / Theatre Practitioner, you will be:

  • Accountable for participating in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway.
  • Providing excellent care to all patients.
  • Providing skilled clinical and technical help as a member of the operating theatre team.
  • Involved in peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite of the hospital.

The ideal person for the Scrub Nurse / Theatre Practitioner role will:

  • Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
  • Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions.
  • Have previous experience in theatre, at least of one year.
  • Have knowledge in private and operation settings.
